- For a gentle and safe effect, dilute the essential oil in a neutral base before applying to the skin (Vegetable Oil, Cream, Gel or Medicinal Clay).
- Use it in a diffuser with 5 drops of essential oil + 10 drops of water to create an enveloping and seductive environment.
- To take a relaxing bath alone or with someone else, mix 12 drops of essential oil into the bath water, or add mild liquid soap.
- For massages, it is recommended to use 1 drop of essential oil + 1 teaspoon (5g) of vegetable oil or cream.
- For foot baths, you can use: Mix 4 drops of essential oil + 4 teaspoons (20g) of coarse salt and add to 3 liters of water.
- Keep the bottle tightly closed, at room temperature, away from light and moisture.
- Pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, people with allergies, high blood pressure and epilepsy should consult a doctor before using the product.
