Self-taught, Joel discovered that his experiences with flowers aligned with ancient alchemical practices. In 1991, he began producing his first alchemical essences, utilizing this ancient knowledge as a healing science. His work expanded over time, leading to the systematization of his flower essence creation process and the establishment of Brazil's first School of Alchemy, a fruit of his natural vocation for leadership and teaching.

Joel Aleixo is the author of several books on Alchemy and Floral Essences, and also teaches courses and lectures on these topics in Brazil and Europe, inspiring thousands of people to connect with their inner energies and seek healing through self-knowledge.

He currently conducts groundbreaking natural science research in the Amazon, focusing on the study of Amazonian mushrooms and flowers, combined with ancestral medicine. Joel also leads groups to the region, providing transformative experiences, and develops the Alkhemy Amazon project, which aims to integrate traditional knowledge with alchemical wisdom to promote healing and connection with nature.
