Delivery methods and deadlines

The delivery time specified in business days begins after the order payment confirmation date. Business days are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding holidays. One business day is considered to be 24 business hours.

Orders paid via boleto (boleto) have up to 2 business days for the bank to confirm payment. This timeframe is not dependent on AlkhemyLab By Joel Aleixo, and we do not accept boleto payment receipts as documents for order release.

Orders with formula are customized and have an additional 3 business days to the delivery time. Therefore, for formula delivery via motorcycle courier or for pickup at stores in São Paulo or Cotia, the delivery time will be 4 business days after payment confirmation.
